2. Quotes and Orders

  • Prices quoted on WhatsApp, by email, or verbally are estimates until confirmed in writing and are subject to stock availability.
  • Parts are matched to the vehicle details (VIN, part number, make, model, and year) you provide. Please confirm these details carefully, as incorrect information may result in an incorrectly matched part.
  • An order is confirmed once you accept a quote and, where required, make payment or a deposit.

3. Delivery

Delivery timelines shared with you (including the 24 to 48 hour dispatch estimate for in-stock parts) are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by stock availability, location, and courier conditions.

4. Payment

We accept bank transfer and, where a payment gateway is connected, online payment via a secure hosted payment link. We do not collect card details directly through this website. See our payment page for details.

5. Returns and Fitment Issues

Because parts are matched to the specific vehicle details you provide, please confirm your VIN, part number, or vehicle details carefully before ordering. If a part does not match due to an error on our part, contact us promptly so we can resolve it.
